Most of our business is conducted by mail order:
- It is with deep regret that we no longer despatch with the SA Post Office, our losses have been too great and the post office does not honour its insurance.
- We use a proven and reliable courier service for the shipment of our goods.
Alec Kaplan & Son have had very few returns over the years.
