This silver miniature is awarded for 20 years of exceptional service. The obverse has shown the coat of arms of the NIS. The obverse has the letters MFS and MTD, they stand for in English MEDAL FOR FAITHFUL SERVICE, the Afrikaans MEDALJE VIR TROUE DIENS. Below that is again the small coat of arms of the NIS.
